I prefer giving myself a break , a cheat day in between . I beleive that keeps me going and motivates me to give extra efforts while i workout the other days in the week .
Whenever I have time in the morning, I do my morning exercise and in the afternoon I do another exercise. I give myself a specific amount of time.
I workout almost every day I alternate workouts so I’m not over doing one specific muscle some days I do a core crush others legs and arms sometimes I do yoga to relax my body and for me the best app I have used so far would have to Nike Training Club it’s free and so easy loved my experience. although sometimes I may skip a workout only cause I’m either busy or just had a long day and I just want to relax.
