What contributes to you keeping your morning exercise routine consistent?

Having a consistent schedule definitely helps. I have found that most of the reason why I’ve never been able to stick to a routine was due to having a variable schedule for my part-time job so I never knew whether I would be free at a certain time of the day. For many this may not be something they can change but I was recently able to change my schedule to a more fixed one and it’s helped immensely in me adhering to any schedule, including an exercise one. Another thing that helps with a consistent exercise schedule is having two dogs that seem to be able to tell the time!
