It’s OK to have the same exercise plan every day or it’s better to change it?

I have the same exercise plan and it works. I get use to it and since it’s the same each day I get better and better at it because I’m getting more practise. Once I’m really good at whatever I’m doing I make it harder. I personally think it’s better to stick to the same plan but maybe have some variety in the exercises you do. You can always change your plan if it gets boring.

Stick to the same exercise plan for a few weeks at a time and then change it, this gives your body time to process and change and adapt and then once it’s comfortable then when you change it you will see a new set of changes and improvements

It is OK to have a workout regime but I advice to change it after a while because doing the same exercise everyday will make it use to our body and may not work wonders we might not see the change we want. We need to tease our body a lil bit to keep it in shape our fit.

I think it depends on what your are trying to train for example I’m trying to train my abs so I’m doing the same ab workout daily but if you follow a program it’s ok to change it up just make sure not to overwork yourself

I am not a trainer. What I understand from the youtube coaches is that surprising the muscles by changing the exercises is a myth. As long as you get to exercise all the muscles you can repeat the same exercise.
