I used to meditate everyday but I got stuck and just got lazy now I'm going back to my old ways but my advice for you if you are going to start meditating is to not miss a day of it do it consistently it gets easier that way, and dont have any expectations on how it should feel or be just let it be good luck

I ideally would like to mediate once a day or as needed but in reality it’s more like once a month. But now that we have more time on our hands and the outside world has slowed a bit, I’m finding more time to be with myself
