I do 3 times a week, and the length varies. Sometimes I only have fifteen minutes in me, sometimes 45. For my daily habit, I just do a few reps of a body weight exercise. 10 squats or a few pushups. If I’m feeling ambitious, I do 10 minutes of easy yoga.

I exercise 7 times a week, yes, every day, I do stretching and some other exercises, mostly it only takes 7 minutes, and I feel energized and accomplished.

I try to exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5 times per week in addition to at least a 30 minute walk per day with my pup! 3 times per week I add 45 minutes of strength training to my 30 minutes of walking.

Almost everyday. But i do like 10 mins workouts. I barely ever get 30 mins of exercise unfortunately. Just little things here and there like i would do jump ropes for 5-10mins. They’re very good for ur body btw.
