I have always felt that writing is therapeutic and, as such, is a great way to learn how to express your feelings and clear your head. So, if one feels like writing or Journaling more than once a day, then by all means journal!

I think writing in a journal can be super beneficial to processing experiences, thought you have about something, or strong emotions you want to work through. Part of the learning experience is reflecting on what you’ve learned to reinforce it for the future. Journaling is a great form of reflection. I try to journal for 15-30 minutes several times a week depending what’s going on in my life and if I have something I want to write about. I also have journals with prompts in them for times when I don’t know what to write about.
