I think this varies from one person to another. It depends on what type of job you have or the purpose for the reason you are on the computer/phone.

I try to set limits for different apps. So, for social media I try to keep it less than one hour. Whereas for more productive things, such as contacting friends/family or planning trips I don’t put restrictions in place.

It depends on your lifestyle, I suggest spending a maximum of 2 hours in leisure and to take your time if you use it for work, exercise or comunícate. 🙂

- I use a sleep app to keep track of sleep cycles which I find very useful. I also use sleep stories sometimes from the Calm app. These motivate me to get to bed at a reasonable time and actually go to sleep. But I’m not literally unplugging. Also we don’t have a landline anymore so I do need to keep my phone on in case of emergencies. Is there a middle ground here?
