How long do you usually write for? And about what?
The duration of journaling can vary greatly from person to person. Some find that writing for just 5-10 minutes is sufficient to reflect on their day or express their thoughts, while others may prefer 20-30 minutes for deeper exploration. As for topics, consider writing about your emotions, daily experiences, goals, or gratitude. The key is to make journaling a meaningful daily ritual that aligns with your personal growth and helps you develop lasting healthy habits.
I usually write in my diary about a page long everyday. And these stuff are usually either the most exciting or sad parts of my day, or if nothing happened that day I just write about what I ate, what I watched/played, maybe I did some DIY stuff, or expectations about tomorrow
