I like meditating right in the morning if I have time. Usually I do a Headspace 3-5 min meditation. Those are easy enough for me to do currently.
Twenty minutes first thing in the morning, I use Chopra guided meditations that I have purchased from his 21 day meditation series. I have about 14 different topics that I have purchased over the years and I listen to the one that speaks to what I'm experiencing or want help for different areas of my life.
I usually meditate for a good 10 mins if I can get my mind to shut off for that long. I seem to have difficulty controlling my breathing n then I end up more anxious
I typically meditate three times a day morning, afternoon and night. It could be five minute manifestation focus meditation or hours of sleep meditation with soothing music.
It all depends on how I'm feeling. Some days I meditate for 10 minutes, other days for 25, once in a while for an hour. It truly depends on my day, how clustered I feel, what or why I'm meditating for. that also goes for time. I always meditate first thing in the morning after my sun salutations, and again at the end of my day just before bed, to calm my mind and allow me to sleep, but will also meditate through the day if my schedule will allow for it.
I use Calm app for meditating. Their guided meditations are 10 minutes long. I like to meditate in the morning before the start of my day and before I go to bed to leave my day behind.
I meditate for 10-20 mins right when I get into bed to go to sleep. I use Insight Timer, which is amazing and free. I also like the song Weightless by Marconi Union.
I try to meditate daily for between 10 and 15 minutes at the end of my day. It helps me relax and also steady myself for a good night sleep
