On some days I do yoga for more than 20 minutes and other days I do yoga for 6 minutes. Some days I don't do yoga I do meditation instead.
It depends on how I'm feeling. In the morning when I plan to do other workouts I will do 10 minutes of yoga as a warm up. On rest days I do about 30 to 60 minutes of yoga to relax myself.
