How long did it take you to see the benefit of meditation?

I feel the benefits immediately, during the meditation and right after: more peace of mind, more motivation, more energy, etc

I have been practising daily meditation for around 9 months now. Just last week I realised that I no longer suffered from hypertension!
I guess it took me around 10 weeks to get used to meditating.
I love it now! I'm obviously calmer, less (or none) anxiety or depression!
I'll never go back. I'm converted!
