How long and how often do you meditate?

The duration and frequency of meditation can vary greatly depending on individual goals and lifestyles. Many find that starting with just 5 to 10 minutes daily can be beneficial. As you become more comfortable, you can gradually increase the time. Consistency is key, so aim for a routine that fits your schedule, whether it’s once a day or several times a week. The most important aspect is to create a meaningful ritual that supports your self-care journey and helps you achieve your personal goals.

I am new to meditation. I am still learning so things are kind of distracting at times. I also am doing guided meditation and I’m using a meditation app. I am doing the sessions at 20min each and about every other day

I try to meditate at least 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes each time. I also take a few breaks in between to do some deep breathing, especially if I’m having a stressful day.

Meditation last about 10-15min depending on how I feel and home much time I have. Being new on this so how often I meditate is less than I would, nevertheless I meditate two or three times a week. Now working on creating a routine so it becomes a daily practice

I meditate every night before bed for anywhere between 5-20 minutes drpending on how tired I am. I really find value in doing it every day as a way of checking in with myself, and letting go of the day.

I have just begun meditating. As a beginner, I only meditate once a day for twelve minutes. I feel that meditating depends on the person. Do what feels right for.

I try to do about an hour or so a day. Firstly I make sure I do about 10 mins formal meditation in each of my morning, afternoon and evening routines so that it feels achievable with undue expectations to alot more. This means that I do it and meet my meditation obligations and don’t feel to time poor or overwhelmed and don’t end up starting it. Often I will then continue on for another 20 mins if I have the time. Through out the day, whenever I think of it, I bring myself back to my body and my breathe.

I depends on how much time I have. I will usually try to meditate between 5-10 minutes, but if I don’t have much time in the morning, I sometimes will only do 3. I figure a little bit of meditation is better than none at all!

Every morning for about 5-10 minutes. I find if I do much longer it is much easier to give up on it. If only short it is much easier to sustain. Once it is an ingrained habit I can increase the time if I want to.

I meditate every day I try to meditate for at least 5 mins and be grateful in the morning. At night I meditate for 40 mins and then until I fall asleep.

I meditate every day for at least 10 minutes, but I try for 15 minutes. Personally, it’s hard to go beyond that for me. I’ve been practicing about 2 years now and even that short amount of time has made an unbelievable difference in my life! I’m never going back. It’s a part of my nightly routine now. It’s an absolute must for me in today’s digital world.
