You won't feel that much stress and anxiety, you will feel more relaxed after meditating. And how often you should meditate? That's up to you. Whenewer you have time, or when you are in a owerwhelming situation, I find that helpful, too. I meditate every day before bed, I think it's a great way to wind down and relax before sleep.
