Exercise before breakfast, this way it helps you feel lighter and hungry. You are able to eat well and stay active throughout the whole day
This is just my opinion so don’t take it to heart if it doesn’t work for you, but I have always exercised before eating a meal (particularly breakfast). If you are going to exercise after you eat it kinda needs to be in the middle of two meals, for example: i between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. You do this so you avoid feeling nauseous or dizzy.
I prefer exercising before breakfast but if you have no energy eat first then wait an hour and if you want more energy you can drink caffeine, coffee or tea, before the exercise
