How does writing in your journal makes you feel? How does it change your life? Does it even change your life?
Writing in your journal can evoke a range of emotions, from clarity and peace to self-discovery and empowerment. It serves as a powerful tool for reflection, helping you process experiences and track your growth over time. By establishing a regular journaling routine, you can cultivate mindfulness and gain insights that may lead to meaningful life changes. Ultimately, journaling can enhance your self-awareness, promote emotional well-being, and support you in achieving your personal goals.
When I journal, it calms me down and lets me realise how I’ve been feeling throughout the day, also what really annoys me or has made me mad that day. Thanks to journaling I have improved my mental health, cut down my screen time and it has also helped me realise I should cut a really toxic friend out of my life. For me, it’s a way of reflecting on my actions and why I did what I did and what I should do to improve myself or my life, hope this helps :)
