I get up super early so I’m usually ok. This also means that evening gatherings can be a challenge so I usually decline evening invites if I can. If I must go out in the evening, I nap well mid day. But normally I am up by 4:00 or even 2:00 sometimes. Because of the evening meetings increasing, lately I have been sleeping in until 6:0 or 6:00am.
