How do you treat a small, relatively easy task/work as a challenge? Get excited about petty job?

I just treat it as a ritual. If i do that petty job it gets me to do a job that is a level higher than that and ii treat is as a ritual and get started. once i eat the frog i get to do and finish the task . Task completed small or big gives me satisfaction,which makes me do a petty job again.
