To minimize fidgeting during meditation, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable. Focus on your breath to anchor your attention and gently redirect your mind when distractions arise. Consider incorporating mindful movement, like gentle stretching, before meditating to release excess energy. Creating a calming environment can also enhance your practice. Remember, meditation is a journey; be patient with yourself as you develop this meaningful daily ritual.

I let my self wonder, because meditation is a journey. Doing it continuously I focus on my breathing to return me back to my self. I can now view it like a switch where I can turn different lights off and sit by myself. I’m still practicing.
