It starts with my wake up routine I follow the same everyday of the week except for weekends. I drink my water before I get out of my bed, read my bible right after that then get out of bed. Brush my teeth and wash face then change to my ready running clothes and leave the house. What also helps me is I minimize friction by putting everything I need right there so I don’t have to decide on what to wear.

Do the planning and thing you can do the day before. Calculate, how long do you need from wake up to leave the house. Then you can leave with good preparation.
