How do you stay motivated? I find it hard to incorporate it in my routine

Yes I do, and suggest it to you too. When you prepare a meal, you get more conscious of your eating habituals, also it helps you as a sort of gratitude to yourself. Take it easy, if itโ€™s hard to meal prep. every day, do it once a week. If itโ€™s even harder think of spending time on a drink.
