How do you stay in the moment when listening to the same meditation over and over again?

I usually don’t listen to the same meditation over and over again, but I just try my best to focus. If my mind starts to wonder I just come back to what I am supposed to be focusing on. It takes practice

What impacts me is similar to the boost confidence section. Hearing things that get me relaxed and help me not focus too much on the negative or work related pressures and deadlines.
