How do you stay consistent and pick your workouts?

I keep it simple by always following one YouTube channel (popsugar) and do . So I don't have to go to a gym to work out. I also workout with ecliptical when I feel less motivated at the small gym in my apartment. I allow myself to watch TV series or YouTube when I use elliptical machines.
