I keep it simple by always following one YouTube channel (popsugar) and do . So I don't have to go to a gym to work out. I also workout with ecliptical when I feel less motivated at the small gym in my apartment. I allow myself to watch TV series or YouTube when I use elliptical machines.

For me, I'm on my school tennis team, and we have practice every morning so it's easy to stay consistent. I chose tennis because my brother used to play tennis, so I played with him for fun a few times. I found it pretty fun and decided to try out for the team.

I live in the city and when the weather is ok I like to bike to work. There is a place at work to lock it up, and for me to shower. If the weather doesn’t let me bike, I do a small jog around my block.
I like biking the best because the post-exercise euphoria kicks in right when I’m saying hello in the morning, and it makes me friendly.

I select a muscle group to build each day and do routines for that area. I actually get excited to go each day which makes it easier to keep going. Getting started is the hardest part.
