How do you remind yourself it’s time to stretch?

Stretching is something that I really enjoy doing so I’m always eager to do it. I don’t really have to remind my self to do it

I make it a ritual, I say every day at 4pm u drink some coffee or water and then I’m like ohhh I drank my water now I have to strech
