How do you prepare for sleep every night?

I like to start off by just breathing, and then I myself like to do yoga, you should dim the lights as well, After my yoga, I like to meditate and have a glass of tea(obliviously without caffeine), and then put out the lights before going to sleep

I take melotonin an hour before it's time to sleep. Then I do my nightly skincare routine, turn down the temp, and go to bed and read for an hour or two.
