A night before I think what to do eat that is healthy and at the same time I like it. Example: overnight oats are my favourite I love it and come amcan add whatever toppings we like🥝🥄🥑🍎.

I meal plan ahead but if that’s too much work for you then just buy some breakfast foods you like and eat them for breakfast <3

oh that's a good question. I don't really plan my breakfast per se. I just try to look that I always have the things I need for my breakfast at home. for example: I tend to have one toast with peanut butter and one with eggs plus a coffee for breakfast. so when I'm out of milk/coffee/et cetera I write it on my shopping list and bring it home when I'm shopping the next time.
