How do you motivate yourself to exercise when it’s cold and/or there is bad weather?

I tell myself, “Future you deserves this. She deserves you getting out of bed right now and doing your workout. I know you don’t want to and it feels better being there right now but just take a breath and sit. Good, now take another one and stand up. Now don’t look at how much you have left to do. Just focus on this next breath and making it count. Good. Future you will thank you for this.”
