I tend to think of it in the way that I have more time to enjoy my food on the weekends, so I am able to come up with something more enjoyable than I usually could on the week days. I like savoring my food when I can, so I make sure I eat something that’s tasty to me like watermelon or pineapple on the side of whatever the main part of my meal is.
