Does breakfast make you feel tired? My body is not usually ready for food until 11 AM.

Yes breakfast makes me feel heavy and sleepy. I usually prefer to just drink a milkshake or some liquids at breakfast time and eat a proper meal only at lunch

I am usually told that having a proper breakfast can boost your energy and set you ready for the whole day. However, that not ready work on me because I dont feel any differences between days having breakfast and days without it

Not at all, my breakfast doesn’t make me feel tired. According to me, if one is an early riser, he feel hunger in the early morning. Even though you find it difficult to have breakfast before 11 am, then you must prioritise your health over everything else. So by prioritising, you have to feed your body in the morning particularly within one hour of waking up. Soon it will become your habit.
