A good breakfast should sustain you through the morning. So anything that gives a rapid sugar surge should be avoided because you are likely have a crash quite soon. That means the best things to eat will give a slow and steady release of energy. A bowl of porridge and a fruit smoothie mAybe. ThAt's me usual go to breAkfast. I avoid highly processed breakfast cereal. They tend to be sugary and little nutrition value.
