I think you can start on weekends. I don't think that it's a must to exercise everyday especially when you have a tight schedule.
Before starting to exercise, you should prepare everything you need like maybe a towel, water bottle, some snacks or maybe play some music too. music helps a lot for me 😀 Don't worry too much though. Habits take time to nurture 🙂

It doesn’t have to be long, it can be 5-10 minutes, and if you’re tight for time you can go to bed earlier and wake up earlier.

Nothing really. If you find yourself feeling like you are not doing much or just on your phone when free from work, just do some kind of short exercise routine! I do this and feel more better physically and mentally.

I do my exercise after washing my face and changing my clothes to work before eating breakfast I did my exercises it took me about 7-8 minutes bcz I will be late to work
