Great question! I donโ€™t change my alarm time. I get up at 6am.. or 7am if I snooze. lol. I also have personal goals that are linked to getting up early that help me in maintaining healthier habits. Continually think about your future self and how much that person will thank you now ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.
