How do you keep going when you don’t see outward results?

You have to remember why you started; believe that you did your research on what's healthiest for moving forward; and have the end goal in mind. There may be trying times and times when it seems like you fall back or don't see results. But remember that the race is won by not necessarily the swiftest, but those who are slow, steady & endure the longest.

This might seem it is not an answer to the question, but believe me it is. We have 2 types of motivation. Number 1 is positive motivation and no. 2 is fear 😨 motivation. It is proven by science that fear motivation is the longest lasting motivation. So if you want long lasting motivation go and try the fear motivation.
