How do you journal or what do you highlight?

I usually write about the things that I've done well.
Like baking perfect cookies or pizza. Or working out. Or meeting my friends or family.

I journal my thoughts and feelings first. Then I like to write about what I plan to do for the day and how I plan to get it done. This is how I journal in the morning after I write my morning pages. Morning pages is what you write in a notebook with a pen as soon as you wake up. It is to declutter your mind and get it ready for the day ahead. I also journal in the evening to note what I accomplished that day, and I also like to write down how I feel before bed. I journal in an app called Journey but I also use a notebook and pen for morning pages and my to-do list.
