For me it helps if i put down my phone 2 hrs before i go to bed and read or look through magazines. Relaxing my mind increases my deep sleep and exercise, esp early in the day increases my REM.

I’m still working on falling asleep on time. What’s helped me is having chamomile lavender tea, meditation, and not using my phone an hour before I want to go to bed.
