I would take out a note book I dont mind scribbling or tearing pages out of,because I am mostly worrying and stressing out at this age because of exams,unfinished homework or just stress in general like background thought of things I didnt do today or if I left a plate in the sink without washing it,I would write down all of my worries.Even worries Tom years ago but still linger in my brain I would write all of it down.This way I'm not constantly thinking about random things because I wrote almost anything on my mind.It helps me so much and i actually found it helps me physically and my mind feels so clear I cannot explain how much this has done for me.
