When I was younger, my mother taught me to repeat this mantra to myself in my head, whenever I had trouble falling asleep: "I am happy. I am healthy. I am loved". Somehow, it had an incredible calming effect on my thoughts and always helped me to fall asleep. If you find your thoughts drifting off course gently bring yourself back to this mantra.
Well… I like to meditate.Meditation helps relax the mind.When you have a lot of Anxiety stop what you are doing and breathe.🍃Stopping and breathing will help relax the mind .Take a power nap 😴 to energize you .When you Meditate or take a power nap you will be able to finish the rest of your work.
