You can meditate before you fall asleep or do some exercise. You can also listen to your favorite music or any other relaxing music.

If you still have a lot of energy left over at the end of the day… sometimes I’ll get up and walk for a bit to wear some of it off. Then I’ll close my eyes and falling asleep is made easier

I can follow my breathing. Extend the exhale…and walk in my mind. I think that when we are body based…holding our hands in prayer mode, fingers laced…squeezing with the inhale, relaxing with the exhale…that is helpful.
