How do you get yourself to work out in the morning when your work day starts extremely early?

It helps wake me up in the morning and it helps if I do it in the morning because of I do it later in the day then I forget to do it

Go to bed earlier, wake up earlier. Incorporate your usual routine with the new routine. If it's difficult falling asleep earlier, maybe take a sleeping pill. Thank you for reading 🙂
