How do you get yourself to start?
Starting a journaling habit can be challenging, but here are a few tips to help you begin. First, set a specific time each day dedicated to writing; this creates a routine. Remember, the goal is to create a meaningful ritual that fits into your daily life, allowing you to reflect and express yourself freely.
