Yes Absolutely! After meditating my day get 10 times better. Without meditating it's always wander and not at the task I'm performing but after meditation everything gets what it is Intended to be and falls at it place. Meditation is the favourite time of my day. But as a stressed student I sometimes skip it, and that day is too heavy for me.
