Honestly I let my brain and my hands do the talking for me when I’m journaling a lot more recently it’s been on a computer doc where I’m able to just throw up all of my thoughts in the document really making my issues come out on the pages no matter how long it is. But to answer if this is helpful very much so I would sometimes would stop thinking and like I said let my brain and hands do the talking I’ve gotten to even thank my self for much I got to do this year too along with forgiving my past self for being so harsh. This is an easy way to reflect on your past present and future
