I use my journal to keep me focused on the present and how I feel and what I can control in the present. I work on myself in the present so that I won't be stagnant.
I write mostly the things that are happening and/or changing in my life. I feel like I know what I need to work on in ky life so I have been focusing on putting goals to help with that. So I write more of the postive! I write my heart, I write about events.
