What do I write in my journal for the Stoic Living challenge? I don’t really know what to do.

I don’t know what the stoic living challenge is yet but when I write in my journal, I just pour what I am feeling out on the page. When you explain what you are feeling and get it out of your system you connect with it which allows you to move on or contemplate why you are feeling the way you are at that moment. Only when you connect with yourself can you heal.
