How do you stay on track with your habits when you are traveling?

Do what you can. It might be hard to adjust to a new schedule but focus on doing the habits that invigorates you the most

I think that the important thing is that you never put up a “zero” for the day. Make sure you do SOMETHING. If you’re traveling and need to get a workout in and there’s no gym where you’re staying, do something where you can just use your body weight, such as push-ups or squats. This way you are actually making a gain rather than taking a loss.
