How do you exercise when you have ongoing chronic pain?

Try anything and everything so you find something that doesn’t hurt.
Do NOT do anything that is uncomfortable for you.
Take it slowly.
Maybe try some yoga poses that are okay for you – always works for me 🙂

If the pain is not that much worse in a particular body part than i try to do the exercise related to that body part but if it is worse that I can't bear than i just simply do the mind related exercises like meditation, breathing exercises, etc
