How do you disconnect and then use your phone to do evening routine habits like mediation and checking off the fabulous tasks?

I guess I would write down my evening habits and check them off a physical list as i go. You can meditate with anything, be it sounds or scenery of nature. When you get back to your phone you can check them off. That’s usually how I go about my day
