I put my phone away after I meditate for the night and then I read a book. I do this before bed every night. The time I go to bed may change slightly depending on outside circumstances but by doing it before bed helps me establish a pattern. That patten forces my brain to acknowledge that I need to do this which helps me be successful.

I usually put screen time downtime on my phone or put it under a water bottle but usually I remember I have something to do and how important it is and to make it so I get time on my phone go to bed early and do my homework I make a schedule like the one I have on this all
