The simple solution to this problem is to eat early the night before. The sooner your dinner will be over, the more hungry you will feel next morning.
A lot of the time when I don’t feel hungry in the morning, it’s just because I’m not fully awake yet. So I get and up walk around for a bit, walking wakes me up and often times I get hungry after I’ve had a chance to wake myself up completely.
