i do change what i eat in the morning quite often i haven’t found a food that would work for me on daily basis. I enjoy stuff like toast not sure what else i don’t have much appetite in the morning

Change what you eat is good as eating same food everyday can be exhausting and the same food that you liked will become your most disliked food….changing what you eat can also introduce new carbohydrates vitamins and protein your body as only one kind of food cannot full filled the requirements of all 3…. also once in a while you should eat something that you really love even if it is unhealthy so as it keeps your mind happy and more motivated… take it as like a cheat meal🤭😉
