How do you avoid sugary breakfast foods (and the sugar crash that follows)?

Honestly most of my diet doesn’t consist of added sugars regularly. Usually when that happens I’m too busy to cook the night before or out of time. If your problem is similar to mines perhaps considering preparing emergency meals for when you don’t have time. Buying healthy snacks so it becomes easier to reach for that rather than something sugar is helpful. My favorite emergency is dried cranberries their sold everywhere and good for when I have to no time

I find that making other foods that I enjoy equally is a good way to keep me from eating a lot of sugary foods. But also, completing cutting out sugary foods will leave me craving them more and more, so it's better to have them in moderation, and balance them out with other foods like peanut butter that reduce the crash
